As an entrepreneur, you know that as your business grows and evolves, so do your design needs. Chances are, you don’t have a designer or creative team on staff, but you have a list of things you want to do to keep relevant or take your business to the next level. The answer: Design Days.

The Timeline

01. Fill out the application.

Fill out the application and list everything you want to accomplish on your Design Day.

02. Choose your Design Day.

The 50% deposit is due at this time. You will receive a Dropbox link to add any deliverables you have for us. We will review these during the next step.

03. Planning Session Call.

About a week before your Design Day, we will meet on Zoom for about 30 minutes to finalize your design wishlist and go over any questions.

04. The Day Before

You’ll receive a link with a working To-Do List that will update during the Design Day process.

05. Design Day!

Our team will begin work at 8am EST and dedicate the next 8 hours to you. We ask that you are readily available via email or text to keep on schedule.

06. The Next Morning

The final payment is due! Once you have paid, you’ll receive the final files and a list of any recommendations for how to move forward with your new designs.

07. The Week After

You’ll have email support for one week to ask any follow up questions and communicate with printers and/or vendors if needed.

ABOUT DESIGN DAYS
  • It's really hard to get a lot checked off in just a few hours. So, we recommend doing a full 8 to be able to have revisions, communication and quality design.

  • Take a look at the Suggested Projects Menu above to get rough idea of how long certain projects can take. However, every project is different, so the initial application, your list of deliverables, and our consult call will allow us to create a more accurate design list.

  • Yes! We will need you available to approve designs, check layouts, answer questions, etc. The quicker you are to respond, the quicker we can move on to the next project item. You can choose the best way to communicate (text or email) so it's as efficient as possible.

  • The investment for a Design Day is $2,000. This includes a 30-minute Zoom call, 8 hours of one-on-one design work, and a week of email support. A 50% deposit is due upon application approval and after choosing your date. The final payment is due the day after your Design Day and before files are delivered.

  • Design Days can’t be used for full, fro-the-ground-up, branding or web design projects. Those processes take longer and require many more hours than what a Design Day can hold.

  • After we chat about what you want to tackle, we will send you a to-do list and shared folder to start adding all of the copy, content, images, files, etc. that we'll need from you. Having this ready to go is crucial to the Design Day experience.
