Sometimes you don’t need another rebrand.
You just need to rethink the way you’re doing it.
Maybe your business is already up and running, but something just isn’t clicking the way you want it to. Maybe your brand feels a little off. Your website is fine, but you know it could be better. You have a million ideas, a running list of things you think you should be doing, and no idea which ones are actually worth your time. Or maybe you’re on the other end of it. You have a great idea and can see the potential, but you’re not quite sure where to start, what to tackle first, or how to turn all the pieces in your head into an actual plan.
Sometimes you’re just too close to your own business to see the next move clearly. That’s where I can help.
The Brand + Business Strategy Intensive is a 90-minute, one-on-one working session where we take a good look at what you’re building, talk through the places you feel stuck, and figure out the smartest way forward.
Depending on what you need, that might mean digging into your branding, website, products, offers, marketing, customer experience, content, or a brand-new idea you’re trying to get off the ground.
I’ll bring a fresh perspective, practical strategy, honest feedback, and tools and resources that can help you actually move things forward instead of leaving with another list of ideas to think about.
The goal is simple: to leave you feeling clearer about what you’re building, more confident in the direction, and knowing what to do next.
- BRAND POSITIONING

Every business is different, so there’s no rigid agenda. We can
dig into whatever feels most important right now, including:
How it works.
Part One.
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire so I can get a feel for your business, where you’re stuck, and what you’d most like to work through. You’ll also be able to send over your website, social accounts, current branding, products, offers, or anything else you specifically want me to look at.
I’ll review everything before our call so we can spend our time actually working instead of using the first half hour to get me caught up.
Part Two.
During the session, we’ll spend 90 minutes together on Zoom digging into your business. This is not a presentation. We’ll talk. We’ll brainstorm. I’ll ask questions. I’ll tell you what I’m noticing. We’ll pull things apart, look at the bigger picture, and figure out what makes the most sense for where you’re trying to go. You can bring one big problem or ten smaller ones.
Part Three.
The day after our session, I’ll send you a concise recap of the biggest takeaways, recommendations, any resources we discussed, and next steps we landed on. Because the last thing you need is to leave a strategy session with seventeen pages of notes and no idea what to do Monday morning.
Your Brand
& Business Strategist,
ASHLEY BROWN
I started my first graphic design business at sixteen, with a name and logo that will hopefully never see the light of day. That early obsession with branding eventually led to degrees in advertising and telecommunications, a career working alongside creative businesses, and collaborations with brands including Target, Martha Stewart, and Home Depot.
Over the years, clients may have initially hired me for a brand or website, but the conversations rarely stopped there. We’d end up talking about what they should sell, how to market it, what wasn’t connecting, how to make the customer experience better, or which of their ten new ideas was actually worth pursuing.
I understand how the creative decisions in your business affect whether people notice it, understand it, want it, buy it, and come back. That’s the work I love most. Now, I bring the branding, creative direction, strategy, tools, and fresh perspective together to help business owners see the bigger picture and turn good ideas into smarter next steps.
